This song flew out of me like a bird after the shooting of Jacob Blake. I am mourning and suffering the scars and traumas of this country's history. I want so much to help. I am listening and learning. I am practicing empathy and compassion. Songs are sometimes the only way I know how. Let's keep love and hope alive. Make sure you're registered to vote and make sure your vote is counted on November 3rd.
